    Palm for Everything: Security without phones, emails, and tracking — stop the scammers’ easy attacks. Prologue The state and private companies must not force you to hand over a phone number and an email just to get service or make a payment. These are private identifiers, they change, they get hacked, and in practice they make you “pay a tax” to keep a number alive. The solution is a single lifetime identity and approving actions with your palm/card/ID — without national numbers, SMS, or emails. What changes (in one sentence) For every transaction, it’s enough to prove “who you are” with your palm/card/ID and to approve on the spot exactly what you see on the screen. No more phone numbers, emails, OTP codes, or “give us a number for the receipt”. How you identify yourself (3 equal options) Palm: Hold your palm over the reader; it recognizes the pattern/veins and identifies you. Citizen Card + PIN: Tap or insert your card on a reader and enter your PIN. Modern ID (NFC): Tap your ID on a reader (NFC) or scan it at a counter. No service has the right to demand other numbers or phone/email to “find” you. They find you from the identification itself (palm/card/ID). Payments and approval — clear, step by step A. At a till (supermarket, pharmacy, utilities) The clerk presses “Pay”. On the screen you see: amount, payee, description (e.g., “Water Bill €38.20”). You approve by placing your palm or tapping card/ID + PIN. Payment completes. You get a receipt without giving phone/email. B. In a public service (tax office, citizen service center, hospital) You go to the counter or kiosk. You scan your palm or tap card/ID. The clerk sees it’s you and serves your request. Any action needing signature (e.g., an application) is approved right there with palm/card/ID. The document lands in your Citizen Inbox — no email. C. Online from home (bills, filings) On the website you click “Sign in with Palm/Card/ID”. You scan a QR on the screen using a USB/NFC reader at home — or you visit a nearby kiosk if you don’t have one. You see on screen exactly what you sign/pay → You approve. No SMS/email codes needed. Safety rule NEVER approve “in the dark”. You always see amount/payee/action before using palm/card/ID. That alone kills the “easy” scams. Receipts, documents, communication — without email/phone Everything goes to the Citizen Inbox (national document account). Want a notification? Optionally enable push notifications in the official app. Don’t want any? Check your Inbox whenever you like. Merchants/agencies never see your phone or email. If you don’t want biometrics or don’t use a smartphone Pick Citizen Card + PIN. At counters/tills, your physical presence and your card/ID are enough. At home you can use a cheap USB/NFC reader — or approve at a nearby kiosk. Law that’s needed (plain and simple) Ban public bodies and large private companies from requiring phone or email as a condition for service. Ban demanding “personal numbers” at counters or online when palm/card/ID is available. Make Palm / Card + PIN / ID mandatory options for identification and approval. Receipts and documents go to the Citizen Inbox, not via email. Heavy fines and public posting of violations for useless collection of phone/email or refusal to serve without them. Why it’s safer (in simple words) Without SMS and emails there’s nothing for a scammer to steal (no SIM swaps, no “code in your inbox”). You see what you approve before using palm/card/ID (amount, payee, action). Liveness checks on the palm (a live hand, not a copy). No leakage of personal contact data on receipts/counters. End of “we need a number to reach you” “Give us a phone/email so we can reach you” is bad design. They reach you through the act itself (palm/card/ID). The Inbox is the official channel. And you stop effectively “paying a number-retention tax”: no transaction depends on whether you topped up a prepaid SIM. Examples (1) Medicine €23.40 → Screen “Pharmacy X — €23.40” → Palm/Card/ID → Approve → Receipt in Inbox. (2) Tax clearance → Tax Office counter → Palm → “Issue” → Approve → Document in Inbox. (3) Electricity online → “Sign in with Palm/Card/ID” → See the bill → Approve → Done. Summary Identification: Palm or Card + PIN or ID (NFC). Approval: You see exactly what you do and approve on the spot. Documents/Receipts: Always in the Inbox — no email/phone. Law: Ban mandatory phone/email/personal numbers in transactions. Security: Stops the easy scams (SMS/email), no spam/leaks.

Πρόλογος Το κράτος και οι ιδιωτικές εταιρείες δεν πρέπει να σε αναγκάζουν να δίνεις κινητό και email για να εξυπηρετηθείς ή να πληρώσεις. Αυτά είναι ιδιωτικά, αλλάζουν, χακάρονται και στην πράξη σε βάζουν να πληρώνεις “φόρο” για να κρατάς έναν αριθμό (π.χ. αν δεν ανανεώσεις, σου τον αφαιρούν και χάνεις και υπόλοιπο). Η λύση είναι μία καθαρή ταυτότητα για όλη τη ζωή και έγκριση πράξεων με την παλάμη/κάρτα/ταυτότητα, χωρίς ΑΜΚΑ, ΑΦΜ, SMS, emails. ...
